Job Description
As an Electrical Installation Engineer at CBS, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality electrical solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components, ensuring they meet safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities
- Electrical System Design: Collaborate with clients and project teams to design electrical systems tailored to their specific needs and requirements. Create detailed schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
- Installation and Maintenance: Execute electrical installations, wiring, and connections in accordance with blueprints and local electrical codes. Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability and safety.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair electrical malfunctions, identifying the root causes and implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations, ensuring all work is compliant with electrical codes and standards.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and maintenance activities. Provide clients with comprehensive documentation upon project completion.
- Client Interaction: Build strong client relationships through clear communication and exceptional service. Address client inquiries, provide technical guidance, and ensure their satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Electrical license and relevant certifications (if applicable).
- Proven experience in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK driver’s license.
